2. Services and Disclaimer
We offer Tarot, Numerology, and Astrology readings conducted via video call (Zoom).

Any insights, guidance, or advice provided during a session do not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. IQ CORPORATION LTD accepts no liability for any actions taken by the client based on the information provided during the session. You are solely responsible for your own life choices and decisions.
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: You can book a session by selecting a date and time via our online calendar.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
- Methods: We accept payments via Stripe, which supports Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Confirmation: A contract is formed between us when we send you a booking confirmation email.
4. The Session Process
- Preparation: After payment, you will receive an email outlining the details we need from you (e.g., birth date, time, and place). You agree to provide this information at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Zoom Link: A secure Zoom link will be sent to your email address.
- Attendance: Please join the Zoom call at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be treated as a „No Show,” and the fee will be forfeited.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): generally, you have 14 days to cancel a contract entered into online. However, if you book a session to take place within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that you are requesting the service to begin, and you may lose the right to a full refund once the service has been fully performed.
- Rescheduling/Cancellation by You:
- You may reschedule or cancel your appointment for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, as we cannot fill the slot on such short notice.
- Cancellation by Us: If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative time slot.
6. Technical Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have:
- A stable internet connection.
- A working device (computer/phone) with the Zoom application or compatible browser.
- Functioning audio/video equipment.
We are not responsible for sessions lost or shortened due to technical issues on the Client’s end.
7. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if the Client behaves in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided during the session and on the website is the intellectual property of IQ CORPORATION LTD. You may not record, distribute, or publish the session without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
